Salon Policies
- NEW CLIENTS requested appointments with no deposit or inquiry form will not be accepted.
- A $60 deposit is required for all new blonding services & Brazilian Blowouts.
- A 72 hour notice is required for any cancellations or rescheduling in order to avoid fees.
- Any cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the service price and deposit will not be refunded.
- If you are interested in rebooking, you will be asked to submit another deposit to reserve your next appointment.
- Your new deposit will be put towards the total amount of the service.
- Clients are only allowed to move the appointment date twice before losing the deposit.
- Regular clients may be subject to a rescheduling fee if it is a recurring situation.
- A $25 fee will be applied if the client is more than 15 min late or may be asked to reschedule.
- No shows will be invoiced the full amount of the service price!
